The Pantented PTAC Cleaning Cradle™ is a self-contained, in-room apparatus to assist in cleaning PTAC units

Our product is made to assist in the cleaning of any PTAC (hotels, motels, condominiums, nursing homes, apartments, hospitals, etc.), regardless of age of PTAC, or its placement in the room.  Our unit will adjust vertically from 2.5-16 inches off the floor so it can be used with any PTAC in any room. It also tilts forward or backwards, left or right for better removal of all waste water.

Built to las with stainless steel construction, minimum wear on parts, made in the USA. Works with any cleaning machine that pumps water and has a wet and dry vacuum system. For all access conditions, one person can load and unload. A "Green product" in that it saves electricity, keeps mold spores and fungus out, allows PTAC to be operating more efficient thus extending the life of the PTAC, increases customer satisfaction​

The Cleaning Cradle has done a wonderful job in lowering capital cost as well as energy cost while at the same time making the task simple and efficient. We estimate by lowering the cost burden and increasing the effectiveness of cleaning, our PTAC’s will run 30%-50% more efficient creating an overall energy cost reduction of roughly 10%-20% per year. With electricity costs running on average $2.40 to $2.80 per occupied room, we save somewhere between $0.25 and $0.55 per occupied room. In a 100-room hotel that does 65% occupancy, this represents a savings of roughly $5,931.25 to $13,048.75 per year. That figure does not even take into account the savings from the added years of usability I get per PTAC due to less wear and tear on the fan motor from the unrestricted airflow. Before we purchased the PTAC Cleaning Cradle, I had to hire out a separate company to come in and clean each unit and this process took over a month to complete as they had to remove each unit from the room. This was a huge inconvenience and disrupted many of my guests in the hotel. With the PTAC Cleaning Cradle, it cut the time down to only one week and my guests were not disturbed at all!
